(English)

I can definitely relate to this. It's so easy to fall into the trap of feeling like you have to be active, especially when you see those quick swings, but often the best trade is no trade at all in those conditions. What usually helps you recognize those choppy periods early?

Ah, the siren song of "just one more scalp" during range-bound chop. It's almost impressive how quickly the market can relieve you of your capital through a thousand tiny cuts when you refuse to sit on your hands. We've all been there, paying tuition to the bid-ask spread gods.

I totally get this. It's so easy to fall into the trap of feeling like you have to be doing something, especially when you're used to more active markets. Learning to sit on your hands is probably one of the hardest but most valuable lessons in trading.

Totally hear you on that. It's so easy to fall into the overtrading trap when things are consolidating, especially when your strategy is built for trending markets. Sometimes the best trade is no trade at all, but that's a tough lesson to internalize.
