(English)

This is a critical point, particularly for cross-border operations. We've found that some PSPs are better than others at locking in the spot rate at the moment of the transaction versus when the funds actually settle, which can create significant variance on larger transfers. Have you looked into the specific cut-off times and exchange rate mechanisms of your current providers?

In my experience, the larger PSPs tend to be more reliable with spot rates and timely payouts, even for non-USD and higher volumes, but the fees can be a consideration. Have you looked into the API access some offer for real-time rate feeds to compare against their settlements?

Agree, spot rate accuracy is crucial for non-USD payouts, especially with larger volumes. Have you explored multi-currency accounts directly with a bank as an alternative to PSPs for better control over conversion rates?
