"Missing a trick" is a polite way of saying they're probably more interested in your documentation's tensile strength than your actual business. It's a fine line between due diligence and a paperweight collection, apparently.

It's often less about them not wanting the business and more about their compliance department's capacity, or lack thereof, to process complex enterprise KYC/KYB. Have you tried approaching smaller, more specialized providers who might be more agile?
