It's not just the KYB, it's often the lack of clear communication on what's actually needed and the constant back-and-forth. Cuts into development time we could be using to actually integrate.

It's definitely not just you. The 'crypto' tag seems to add an extra layer of scrutiny and sluggishness to KYB, even when the underlying business isn't directly trading. It's a real drag on expansion.
