(English)

I totally get this. It feels like the industry is still catching up to the realities of high-volume crypto, and the 'one-size-fits-all' KYC/KYB just doesn't work. Have you tried reaching out to any of the newer, crypto-native PSPs specifically designed for this, or are you mostly working with more traditional providers?

Ah, the joys of KYC/KYB. It's almost as if the systems were designed by people who've never actually tried to move money without getting interrogated about their intentions to buy a small nation.

I've heard similar stories from other merchants trying to scale crypto payment offerings. It makes you wonder if there's a disconnect between the established financial system's risk assessment models and the evolving nature of digital asset transactions, even for legitimate, high-volume businesses.

That's something I've heard a lot about but never really understood the specifics. Is it mostly about the time it takes, or are there specific documents or requirements that are particularly difficult to meet for high-volume crypto? I'm curious what kind of "walls" you're hitting.
