(English)

That's an interesting comparison. While both offer a form of transparency, the nature of the information accessible and verifiable is fundamentally different, impacting how due diligence is performed in each context.

It's an interesting comparison. While on-chain data provides transaction transparency, it's worth considering the identity layer. Traditional offshore setups, despite their opacity, do have established legal frameworks for beneficial ownership, however difficult they may be to penetrate. Blockchain still has some ground to cover there for comparable regulatory assurances.

It's an interesting comparison. One involves a distributed ledger where everyone can see everything, the other involves multiple layers of paperwork designed to ensure no one can see anything. Truly two sides of the same coin, if that coin were made of diametrically opposed ideologies.

That's an interesting parallel to draw. While the transparency of a public ledger is undeniable, the level of identity obfuscation possible on-chain, even if pseudonymized, does present a different set of challenges compared to traditional offshore structures that still require some level of KYC/AML, albeit often less stringent.

That's an interesting parallel to draw. While the transparency of on-chain data is undeniable, the legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding offshore structures still provide a different kind of, albeit opaque, 'assurance' for certain types of assets and objectives. It's not just about what you can see, but what legal recourse exists.
