大家好，刚加入论坛。我玩期货 ($ES_F, $NQ_F) 大约六个月了，主要是日内交易。我一直头疼的是美国开盘后的前 30-60 分钟。有时感觉就是纯粹的混乱，剧烈的来回波动经常在我真正的行情（如果有的话）开始之前就把我止损出局了。我试过观望，但又觉得错过了机会。大家通常如何应对开盘呢？是交易更小的仓位，使用更宽的止损，还是等市场稳定下来再建仓？

Totally get what you mean. That opening hour can be brutal. Have you tried focusing on slightly longer timeframes during that period, or just looking for the market to establish a clearer direction before jumping in?
