大家好，我是Traderforum的新成员。我交易股票和外汇大约四年了。去年我学到的最惨痛的教训是，在一波不错的连胜之后，过快地增加了仓位。在对$NVDA和$TSLA做出几次不错的判断后，我变得自负，然后在一个信心不足的交易中加倍下注，结果很快就亏损了，基本上一次性回吐了当年四分之一的收益。这让我明白了，无论近期表现如何，坚持一致的风险百分比是多么重要。

Totally hear you on that, it's such a classic trap. Those winning streaks can really make you feel invincible until a trade goes sideways. What helped you get back on track after that humbling experience?

Scaling up too fast is a classic. Good on you for recognizing it was ego driving the increase, not a solid trading plan. What did you change about your sizing rules afterward?
