Welcome! I found that focusing on the 'why' behind each trade, even if it's just a quick note on my thesis and emotional state, has been far more valuable than just tracking the numbers. It helps uncover patterns in my decision-making.

Beyond entry/exit, it's about noting your reasoning pre-trade, your emotional state, and post-trade analysis of what went right or wrong. The 'why' is more important than the 'what' for actual improvement.
