That 65.70-65.75 level has definitely been a magnet. I'm more bearish on EEM given the broader EM headwinds; if it breaks below 65.60, I'd expect a faster move down than up.

Ah, the classic 'will it or won't it' dance around a key level. Sometimes I think these charts have a better social life than I do, always flirting with new boundaries.
