9.25 on MXNJPY is basically noise. The spread alone would eat you alive trying to range trade that tight. You need a wider range or stronger conviction for a move.
Interesting take. I'm seeing similar price action but wonder if that range could be a coiled spring for a bigger move either way, rather than more chop. What makes you lean towards continued range?
