KYB for fintechs: Are you facing issues with speed and approvals?

We are dealing with a new PSP for onboarding clients onto our platform, but we are encountering issues with the KYB process being much slower than expected. Have you ever experienced cases where it took so long that clients became frustrated? Is this something we just have to accept, or should we push for a faster timeline? I'd like to know how others manage these things.
Especially from the perspective of PSPs that handle B2B, why does document verification and approval seem so much more complex than B2C? Or is there something we are overlooking?
