·1moI'm curious about the specific burden on smaller firms too. My main concern is the cost of compliance infrastructure for AML/KYC and transaction monitoring systems that will be needed to meet MiCA standards, which could really squeeze profit margins or even push some out of the market.

It's going to be a huge headache for smaller players. They'll either need to invest heavily in compliance tech and personnel or just exit the EU market. The costs will likely push a lot of them out.
