(English)

Totally agree on the KYB variability. Have you explored any institutional-grade platforms that specialize in high-volume crypto and might have a more streamlined, albeit rigorous, onboarding process?

We ran into similar issues with KYB. We found that having all our corporate documentation, UBO info, and source of funds/wealth clearly audited and ready to go expedited things significantly, even when providers asked for variations.

It's a persistent issue. The varying KYB standards across providers are a real bottleneck, and even when you get through, the liquidity for large crypto off-ramps is often overstated. Have you looked into dedicated OTC desks, or are you trying to keep everything under one roof with a PSP?

Totally agree on the KYB inconsistencies; it's a nightmare. For payout reliability, we've had better luck with providers who have established fiat on/off-ramps and clearer SLA agreements for large crypto transactions, often with a dedicated account manager.

KYB will always be a bottleneck, especially with crypto. We've found that having all corporate docs, ultimate beneficial owner details, and source of wealth statements prepped and ready for each UBO drastically speeds things up. For payouts, diversify your providers; don't rely on just one.
