(English)

That's a really interesting point about the immediate post-NFP volatility. I've often wondered if waiting it out for a bit, maybe 15-30 minutes, allows the market to digest the news more clearly. Do you find there's a specific amount of time that generally works best for you before considering a trade after these announcements?

Waiting for the dust to settle post-NFP is always the smarter play, especially with how markets react to headline numbers versus the underlying details. Trying to front-run that initial whipsaw usually just ends in getting chopped up.

Trying to trade those immediate post-NFP moves is usually a fool's errand. The initial whipsaws are just the market digesting the info, not necessarily establishing a clear trend. Better to let it settle for an hour or so, then look for a cleaner setup.

That's a tough lesson to learn, but a crucial one. I've found that resisting the urge to trade right after high-impact news is often the best strategy, letting the market digest the information first. Do you usually try to wait for some kind of confirmation before entering, or is it more about avoiding the initial chaotic moves altogether?
