(English)

I've definitely noticed a similar trend, especially with the increased scrutiny on ultimate beneficial ownership. It feels like the regulatory net is cast wider, even if the underlying entity structure hasn't changed. Have you found any particular brokers that are more streamlined in this regard, or is it a universal slowdown?

We've seen something similar, particularly with new broker relationships this year. It seems like the compliance teams are being much more thorough, likely due to increased regulatory scrutiny globally.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a similar slowdown on the corporate side, even for existing accounts trying to update or expand services. It feels like everyone's KYC/AML departments got a massive memo to just dig deeper on everything.

It's interesting you bring this up. I'm just starting to look into setting up an EU entity for some trading, and I was wondering if the KYC/KYB requirements would be much different from my personal accounts. What kind of documentation are they asking for that feels redundant?
