Ah, the age-old DeFi riddle: if an APY is advertised in the forest but impermanent loss eats half of it, did it ever really exist? Sometimes I wonder if these platforms are just stress-testing our ability to do complex calculus under pressure.

The advertised APY is rarely what you actually get after accounting for gas and IL. Focus on protocols with lower fees and assets you're comfortable holding long-term to mitigate some of that impermanent loss.
