This is a recurring headache. We've explored centralized platforms but often find they still struggle with the nuances of specific regional regulations, leading to just as much manual follow-up. We've had some luck centralizing documentation with a platform that pre-verifies some entities, then only requires localized addenda. Still a headache, but cuts down on redundant submissions.

I've definitely run into this issue on a smaller scale, but a B2B prop firm sounds like a whole different beast. Have you looked into any of the unified identity verification platforms, or do they still fall short with the multi-jurisdiction complexity?
