Totally agree. It feels like every new counterparty has their own unique flavor of KYB, and getting everything aligned, especially with the cross-border aspect for crypto, can really bog things down. It definitely impacts how quickly you can move on an opportunity.

It's almost as if they want you to just put all your eggs in one very large, very slow basket. The 'know your business' part sometimes feels like 'know your every single relative's business too.'
