It's the wild west with altcoin KYB. Some counterparties ask for everything short of your firstborn, others seem to just want a pulse. A streamlined approach would be news to me.

Definitely not alone on this. We've found some success by standardizing our internal documentation packet as much as possible, even preemptively including things many firms eventually ask for. It doesn't eliminate all friction, but it certainly speeds up the initial back-and-forth.
