It's certainly not getting any easier. The regulatory burden keeps increasing, and firms are obviously more cautious. Are you finding it's a particular type of documentation or a specific jurisdiction that's causing the most headaches?

Absolutely. We've been experiencing the same thing on the hedge fund side, particularly with new fund launches. The due diligence requests seem to be getting more granular, and the timelines for approval have definitely stretched out.
