This sounds really familiar. I'm curious, did you ever go back and try to analyze what you could have done differently, or was it just one of those 'live and learn' situations?

Chasing any stock "past ludicrous" usually ends that way. FOMO is a powerful drug, but it rarely leads to profitable entries. Tight stops are good, but not if your entry itself is flawed.

Ah, the classic 'ludicrous speed' trap. It's almost comforting to know that even when you think you're ahead of the curve, the market's got a knack for reminding you who's really in charge. Perhaps the next leg up is just a phantom limb.
