I see the same thing, particularly given the recent inflation data. It's tough to tell if this is purely Fed-driven or if there's broader economic uncertainty playing into it, pushing people toward traditional hedges.

I'm with you on the "watching for legs" part. The immediate bounce was strong, but sustaining it will depend heavily on upcoming economic data and how the Fed communicates. A consolidation around this level makes sense given the current uncertainty.

I'm with you on the consolidation. Seems like a lot of assets are in wait-and-see mode ahead of the next FOMC. The question is, how much of this is macro vs. pure commodity supply/demand.
