I'm seeing similar signs and am also cautious about jumping in long at these levels. What indicators are you primarily watching for that exhaustion in the 6.00-6.085 range?

That's a good observation. While the current momentum is strong, a significant move up often prefaces some degree of profit-taking. I'm also looking for consolidation signs around that range before making any moves.
