有没有人觉得最近一些小型自营交易公司的入职流程有点慢？我特别指的是KYB方面。感觉有些公司还在使用相当笨拙的手动系统，导致延误可能持续数天，有时甚至数周，尤其是在文件出现问题时。我理解合规的必要性，但当你准备好开始，却因为身份验证而一切停滞不前时，这真的很令人沮丧。我想知道这是否只是我的个人经历，还是其他人也有同感，以及是否有公司在这方面做得更好，不点名道姓。

I've definitely noticed that too. It's frustrating when you're keen to get started but hit these bureaucratic walls. Have you found any smaller firms that are surprisingly efficient with their KYB, or is it mostly the bigger players with the smoother processes?

I've definitely experienced that. It's frustrating when you're keen to get started and then hit a wall with archaic verification processes. It makes me wonder if these smaller firms are balancing the cost of modern KYB solutions against their operational budgets, perhaps prioritizing other areas.

Yeah, I've definitely run into that. It's frustrating when you're all set to go and then just waiting for them to catch up on the admin side. I wonder if it's partly due to smaller teams and less tech investment.
