(English)

It's almost as if some firms are actively trying to make it a competitive sport to see who can demand the most obscure proof of your existence. Maybe they're just vetting for the most determined traders, or perhaps they're hoping you give up and just send them a lock of your hair.

Yeah, I've noticed this too! It's super frustrating when you're ready to get started but then hit a wall with document requests. Do you think there's a reason some firms are so much more rigorous than others, beyond just being new?

It's certainly a mixed bag. Some firms have clearly invested in better tech for this, while others still seem stuck in the paper-pushing era. The variation makes it tough to plan onboarding times.

Totally agree. It feels like some firms are just adding friction for the sake of it, while others are remarkably streamlined. Makes you wonder if it's internal process or actual regulatory differences.
