Totally get what you mean. We ran into similar issues last year setting up an account for our fund. It feels like a lot of these platforms are still playing catch-up when it comes to streamlined corporate onboarding, despite the market demand.
Definitely not alone. It's almost like their corporate onboarding teams haven't quite caught up with their retail-focused tech. I've found it helps to have all beneficial ownership and operational agreements scanned and ready before even starting.
