It's a tough balance for sure. I tend to give macro more weight for the big picture trends, especially with traditional finance increasingly involved. However, on-chain data can offer valuable insights into supply/demand dynamics that macro models might miss.

Honestly, macro always trumps on-chain for me in the medium term. On-chain provides some good short-term insights, but if the broader economic conditions aren't favorable, those on-chain signals will eventually bend to the macro pressure.
