Lessons from USDC Stuck in a Cross-Chain Bridge
Được dịch tự động từ bản gốc · Đọc bản gốc (English)
Late last year, I tried using a cross-chain bridge to transfer $USDC from Polygon back to Ethereum. The problem was it wasn't a main bridge, and its liquidities weren't sufficient, causing my $USDC to be stuck there for a week. The amount wasn't huge at the time, but it really highlighted that for serious use of Stablecoins for payments or inter-chain transfers, the bridge or On/Off-ramp channel is incredibly important. You must choose one with high liquidity and genuine recognition, not just rush to use one because of low fees. Otherwise, you might end up with stuck assets, or pay higher Gas Fees to withdraw them later. It becomes a waste of time and money, instead of benefiting from the speed of Stablecoins.
