SET: Can it break 1380 this time, or is it just a fake rally?

I see SET slowly climbing again, after what looked like a messy drop earlier. Many probably think this is the real deal, but part of me wonders if it's the same old wave, lulling us into a false sense of security before another dump. Energy and banking sectors seem to have some support lately, but other sectors are still volatile. $ADBE's price dipped a bit in the off-hours market, but it's still unclear which way it's heading. Our market is the same as always, hopeful but also wary. If it doesn't decisively break 1380, I'm still hesitant to go all-in. Does anyone have a different view? Is the signal clear enough to go all-in this time, or should we conserve our strength for now?
