Do you think EEM will test 65.00 this month?

Hello everyone, I see $EEM moving well today, up 0.46%, and the price is hovering around 63.62. So I started thinking, in the remaining part of this month (about two more weeks left), do we have a chance to see EEM retest the 65.00 level?

Personally, I think there's about a 60-65% chance of seeing a test of the 65.00 level. The main reason is that the momentum in Emerging Markets is quite good right now. Even though it's not surging, there's still a steady inflow of capital. Coupled with the overall global market sentiment not being too bad, there are positive factors like stabilizing Bond Yields and the Fed's stance possibly slowing down interest rate hikes. If no major bad news intervenes, I think the flow should push it up a bit more, but it probably won't be a sharp surge. It might be more of a gradual climb.
