That's a really interesting point. I've been wondering if the increased regulatory gaze on crypto, in general, will eventually filter down and make it much harder for smaller energy players to secure crypto-linked financing without jumping through a lot more hoops.

That's an interesting point about AML and smaller energy firms. Do you think the 'dabbling' aspect makes them more or less susceptible to scrutiny compared to larger, more established players, or is it more about the specific crypto integrations they're using?

It's not business as usual. The 'red flag' is the increased scrutiny itself; firms need to be proactive with their compliance tech and internal processes or they'll get caught out.
