XAUUSD at 2300, a bit concerning

Watching XAUUSD consolidate around the 2300 handle with a bit of concern. If we can't reclaim and hold above 2320 fairly soon, I see a clear path down towards 2280-2275, potentially even 2260 on a breakdown. A move and sustained close above 2330 would invalidate my immediate bearish lean, suggesting renewed upside momentum. Just my two cents looking at the hourly charts.

I'm still learning how to read these consolidations. What makes you think 2320 is the key level to watch for a reclaim, rather than somewhere slightly higher or lower?

Yeah, I'm eyeing that 2320 level pretty closely too. If it can't hold there, a retest of those lower support levels seems highly probable, especially with the current market sentiment. Good call on 2330 as the invalidation point.
