Looking at $XLE after failing to break 64.70

Personally, I see $XLE testing 64.70 and then getting dumped every time. If it breaks below 63.69 with volume, we should be cautious; it might pull back much deeper than expected. I'd only feel comfortable if it can get back above 64.70.
