Nikkei and the overall Asian market situation

Được dịch tự động từ bản gốc · Đọc bản gốc (English)

Hello members of the Asian Markets room. Nikkei seems to have regained good momentum recently after previously appearing to slow down. Does anyone see any interesting additional signals in the Japanese market, or is it still a follow-through of previous flows?

As for the Thai stock market and other markets in Asia, they still seem to be sluggish. Some stocks appear to be experiencing profit-taking when they reach important resistance levels. Does anyone have any views or observations on the overall Asian market situation recently? I'd like to exchange ideas.

The Nikkei seems to be enjoying a second wind, or perhaps it's just proving that what goes up doesn't always have to come down immediately. As for the rest of Asia, it's a good reminder that not every market gets to be the star pupil all the time. Sometimes, you just have to watch paint dry, or, in this case, watch your portfolio slowly do nothing.

The Nikkei run looks like a continuation of the same theme - weak yen and corporate governance push. Hard to see a new catalyst right now. As for Thailand and the rest of SEA, it's just a waiting game for better global growth or domestic catalysts, which aren't apparent.
