My Concerns About the S&P 500 Right Now

I saw $SPY close today at 745.40002 and couldn't help but wonder if the market is a bit 'crazy' right now? Everyone seems overly optimistic, even though the economic factors are still unclear. I feel there's a high chance we'll see a major correction soon.

What do others think? Is there another perspective I'm missing?
