Bank Stocks and the Current Situation

$USLV has been running strong lately, up +8.05% in a single day. $ADBE is up 0.71% and $FI is up slightly by 0.16%. Looking at our local bank stocks, the prices just make me sigh. Many are still hugging the floor tightly, no idea for how long. Even though big banks have good profits, their stocks aren't really moving. And for smaller banks that people thought would recover, there's still no light at the end of the tunnel. Does anyone think Thai banks will become active again in the near future? Or should we prepare to live with this picture for a long time?
