Concerns about SET's recovery after hitting key resistance

Hello everyone. It seems like SET is hitting resistance around 1400-1420 again, after several attempts to rebound. I'm wondering, with external factors like $US30 going up to 54513.02, why are we still struggling like this? Will our domestic investments face more pressure? Or is this just a consolidation before moving higher? I'm starting to doubt whether I should hold on or adjust my portfolio.
