SET still circling, foreigners not back yet

The $SET market still seems to be circling in a narrow range these days, with no signs of going anywhere far. The other day it bounced a bit but was sold back down again. Looking at the foreign Fund Flow, it's still very quiet, not seeing much volume coming in to push it significantly. It's like they're still waiting for something, I don't know what. I wonder how others see it? Do you think we need to wait for clearer factors to see it become active again? Or will it drag on like this until the end of the year?
