SCB and the Current Market Overview

It seems SCB has been trying to retest its previous resistance several times lately, but hasn't broken through yet. Personally, I think we might have to wait for the overall market to improve, or for clearer specific good news. The overall SET is still quite volatile within its range, and looking at recent volumes, it hasn't been as active as it should be. If we look at $SLV, which is up +2.48% today, I think it reflects some money shifting into safe-haven assets, known as "shelters".
