SET: Overview after external factors start to fluctuate

Our local market has seen continuous profit-taking recently after a decent rally, but external factors remain a significant drag. For example, $USO is still hovering around $127.3. Personally, I think if the energy situation remains stable like this, the recovery of the global economy will still have high uncertainty.

As for the Chinese stock market, $HKD, which has moved up by 1.85% to $1.65, I think it's still too early to say that the momentum has truly returned strong. We need to wait for clearer supporting factors. Meanwhile, $SI, which dropped 1.48% to $19.34, reflects some selling in safe-haven assets. Those looking for an opportunity to accumulate might need to be patient for a bit.
