Looking at $EEM: Can it break the downtrend, or should we still be cautious?

Saw $EEM close up yesterday at 65.52. Even though it wasn't a strong surge, I think it's interesting that the price seems to be trying to push itself up from the 65.005 zone, which was the day's low. In the bigger picture, this one has been in a downtrend for quite some time, but recently I've noticed buying pressure coming in to support it when the price drops low, similar to forming a small base. The question is, will this buying pressure be enough for $EEM to break through key resistance and truly reverse, or is it just a temporary dead cat bounce? My concern is if it can't sustain above 65.94 and closes below 65.00 again, that means this rally might not be a true trend reversal and could continue to fall. So for now, I'm just monitoring it.
