I'm seeing similar accumulation, but I'm more focused on the decreasing exchange reserves. To me, that's a stronger signal than just long-term holder activity.
I'm with you on the cautious bullishness. The chop is definitely draining, but those long-term holder stats are a key indicator for me too.
