Mistake of Moving Stop Loss

I've made the mistake many times of moving my Stop Loss when the price was about to hit it. At the time, I was afraid of a big loss if it hit. But when I moved it, it hit the new level at an even worse price. It ended up being a bigger loss than it should have been, because I was hoping against hope that the price would reverse, which most of the time it didn't. This also made me miss out on opportunities for the next trade. The lesson learned is to always stick to the plan.
