Liquidity Issues with Payment Service Providers (PSP)

Lately, I've been having issues with a PSP I've used for quite some time, specifically regarding liquidity. I understand the market is volatile, but recently, withdrawals, especially large amounts, have started to encounter problems and sometimes take unusually long. When I ask, they just say it's due to settlement issues with the bank or the end partner, which sounds more like an excuse. Also, the spread and fees have been steadily increasing, making me wonder if it's worth the added uncertainty. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you handle it? I really don't want to go through the entire KYC/KYB process again if I have to switch PSPs; it's very time-consuming.
