KYB for Crypto Payment Providers - Too Strict?

I'm looking for a new PSP for crypto payments. Has anyone encountered particularly strict KYB? Some ask for so many details that it feels excessive. I'm not sure what the current general standard is, especially for those claiming global coverage. If I find a good deal on fees but KYB is an issue, it's hard to proceed.

Another point is the reliability of the underlying liquidity provider. Some look good on the surface but are opaque behind the scenes. I'm worried about payout delays or long-term fund holds. Has anyone had bad experiences with this?
