Seeking Advice on Prop Firm Payout Reliability

Hello fellow traders in Traderforum,
I'm currently considering trading with a Prop Firm, but I have several concerns, especially regarding payout reliability and the KYB (Know Your Business) process. Sometimes I see various forums mentioning claims that it's difficult to withdraw money even after achieving trading success, or that there are many complicated steps involved, which makes me quite worried. I'd like to ask friends with direct experience: When choosing a Prop Firm, how do we assess which companies are truly reliable in terms of payouts, have a good track record, don't default, or have overly complicated processes? Besides payout amounts, do the spread/fees or liquidity offered by different Prop Firms vary significantly? And how much does it affect our trading performance?
I don't want to spend too much time on trial and error myself. I would be very grateful if anyone could share their experiences or good advice.
