Do you think EEM will test 65.00 this month?

Hello everyone, I see $EEM moving well today, up 0.46%, and the price is hovering around 63.62. So I'm wondering if we have a chance to see EEM retest the 65.00 level in the remaining part of this month (about two weeks left).

Personally, I think there's about a 60-65% chance of seeing a test of the 65.00 level. The main reason is that momentum in Emerging Markets is quite good right now. Even though it's not surging, there's still a steady inflow of capital. Coupled with the overall market sentiment not being too bad, there are positive factors from bond yields starting to stabilize and the Fed's stance possibly slowing down interest rate hikes. If there's no major bad news in between, I think the flow should push it up a bit more, but it probably won't be a surge, more like a gradual climb.
