KYB on Polymarket, is it taking too long?

I've been trading on Polymarket for a while, but lately, the KYB process seems to be dragging on. Since the last round where I had to submit additional documents, it's been much longer than usual. I submitted documents three days ago and still haven't received any feedback, whereas before it never took more than 24 hours. Has anyone else experienced this? I wonder if there's an issue with the system or if it's just slower due to more applicants.

Another thing is the liquidity in smaller markets. Sometimes it seems like everyone wants to buy but no one wants to sell, causing prices to stall, making it hard to enter or exit. I wonder if this problem will improve if the market gets bigger, or if it's just the nature of the platform?
