Digital Banking & Jurisdiction Arbitrage - Overplayed?

(English)

That's a really interesting point. I've been hearing similar things and wondered if it was too good to be true. What kind of friction have you encountered specifically?

I'm with you on this. It sounds great on paper, but the actual implementation often comes with hidden complexities and costs that aren't immediately obvious. Have you found any specific jurisdictions or platforms that come closer to delivering on the promise?

I agree. The "jurisdiction shopping" narrative often oversimplifies the practicalities of maintaining a business presence, even a digital one, across multiple regulatory environments. Real-world tax and compliance burdens tend to materialize quickly.
